Appointment Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected schedule changes may occur.
To better serve all clients, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice (“No-Show”) may be charged up to the full service amount at the salon’s discretion.
Please contact us as soon as possible if your schedule changes.
